23/02 spent the afternoon with my brother eating frozen yogurt. just finished watching the latest episode of walking dead with him & we are both pretty happy with the ending so now i will sleep well knowing everyone is safe from the zombies for the time being :-)

Just lying here from my 4 hour nap lol. Was planning to be just a nap but now that it is already midnight, might as well sleep till morning. After school today, met up with a mate to study together at my local library ... worst study buddy ever cos he is the kind of friend who you can have some really interesting convos with. ;-) only reason i allowed myself to nap is cos the ache in my body makes it so hard to focus on something ... i keep wondering whether someone from taekwondo bashed me up unknowingly yesterday. Thankfully, no school tomorrow cos it is the school swimming carnival n many people ain't bothered to show up - like me.

"Last Stand" is coming out or probably already out, so much respect for Arnold ♥ my brother n myself really support him n this other actor, Bruce Willis so we're planning to watch it soon on a day we are both freee.

the only class i have with michelle is english so we get pretty excited when we enter that classroom ;-) omgee, we were checking each others elbows and i started feeling hers to compare how rough mine was compared to her and got caught by the teacher and she was staring at us with a wtf face and was like: "what is going on there?!" hahaha! Had to lie and say we were discussing the poem hmm ...

would i be considered a sadist if i like the pain i felt when i woke up this morning ... ? Maybe cos i was happy that I'm gaining muscles? Had taekwondo training yesterday and omgee, never sweated so hard before. I think cos i had frustration buried down below from like last month.

after training, spent like half an hour talking about really weird things cos the guys who stayed back were all male so they were asking each other who lost their v-card. responses were so sad ;-) it was my mates 18th birthday so had a really nice dinner at a local Chinese place. Gave him his birthday present and i had to ask another mate what kinda gift bags were meant for guys cos i had no clue ... he texted back: "As long as its something not obviously girly like bright pink covered in barbie or some shiet" lol ... did not help much. Slept so late cos came home so lateee after dinner celebration urgh

new layout

I quite like the new layout of my blog even though all I did was click one of the templates hehe. I think it makes deciphering what is the title and what is the content much easier. Will try blocking more on my phone, especially cos I always have nothing to do on public transport ^-^

i like the feeling of being so busy ever since school started although its not a good thing when teachers pile us with craploads of homework the first 3 weeks ... gonna try and get everything done before friday cos i might have plans after school with my Jenny :-) we see each other at training and stuff but havent gone out with her just to have fun in a while.

im kinda surprised how i lasted almost 4 days without bothering to open my laptop. kk, going to finish my chinese essay and then pack my school bag. goodnight! xx

self confidence

we need to have enough self confidence and self admiration to be able to express what we want. lol how hard is it to ask a guy out, even as mates? Just make it clear from the very beginning and its their choice what they wanna believe. I dislike the generalisation that only guys can be the ones to ask a girl out or be the first one to initiate a relationship etc. And for girls to be rejected, no, it ain't as bad and hurtful as it seems if you have a thick skin. there is no time for hesitation & regrets in life anymore so do what you gotta do.

have a wonderful month of february

the majority of last month was amazing. nothing has changed except my attitude towards life and also the fact i have a pretty big en suite at our new place now. school has been off to a pretty damn good start and im back at taekwondo training now :-) going to try and attend every training session except if i have a really heavy period flow or i am outta the country. the past week:

- barely been on facebook; only to talk to one mate actually

- have not gamed or touched steam at all ... </3

- only briefly catching up on some youtube videos but not that interested anymore

- going to limit my television watching to "the walking dead" + "the lying game"

hence i may not blog as much especially during school days - maybe put up photos or something. anyways, going to head off to bed soon. i hope everyone has a wonderful upcoming month. stay positive & happy cos life is short for hesitation and regrets. x

Dad is back from Singapore for 10 days ♥ spent a lot of quality time with him to discuss with him some things n had an amazing dinner with my family at one of my favourite restaurants: La Plaka. Although i was slightly annoyed when i realised i had ordered the wrong ice tea cos i was so looking forward to it, damn. Didn't do much today cos was out with my parents the majority of the time so will sleep early so I can be up before 9am tomorrow. worried I'm catching a cold though cos I tend to get sick when there are sudden weather changes hmm.

ahhh my reversible comforter arrived on friday (yesterday) and omgee it is so comfy to go to sleep ;-) it is a bit weird cos i generally dont move in my sleep so whenever i wake up im always curled on one side of the bed and whenever i wake up in the morning, it always looks so empty on my left side

today (saturday 02/02/13), went to my last session of uni summer school at sydney univeristy and presented my debate to the class. surprisingly, i wasnt nervous at all and thought i did a pretty good job delivering it. afterwards, our professor threw us a mini celebratory goodbye and he got one of his friends to make us this cake and omfg, it is a mushroom lol - had chocolate and peanut butter inside ~ 

1st week of grade 11 ...

was so much better than what i had expected. I hope my positive attitude towards going to school lasts all through this year. :-)

said i would blog soon about my first week of school but right now, i have my last uni assessment to polish before tomorrow & then depending on the time, i might game cos it is friday night meaning it is COD night. ttyl8r x
