avoiding emotional distraught
i know there are gonna be people who disagree with this but i think im so good at avoiding the majority of emotional distraught i face, that i cant help myself. how? i keep myself busy & think about the things which i believe are worth-while thinking about. and trust me, it works wonders.

had a somewhat productive morning cos i had to go into the city to get something important done. met up with a taekwondo mate at 4pm so we could hang out & lulled him to cityhunter to game together. ♥ they really need to install black ops 2 on there hmph. anyways, had dinner with him & we ate at this nice thai restaurant in my suburb. i think colin and i covered the majority of inappropriate/disgusting conversation starters there possibly is haha ;-o anyways, he walked me home in the dark and i was like 'will you be okay walking back to the station?' he said 'why dont i walk you home and then you walk me to the station and then you walk back home?' me: 'that must be one of the gayest things i will ever do if i agree'. replying to emails now & probably will try sleeping early tonight - hope everyone had a good weekend x

spent the morning checking out nursery homes for my dear grandpapa & helping my mom sign forms etc. afterwards, mom took bro and i to eat at coffee club & for some reason, i have been having a really bad appetite these days: one meal can last me one day as long as i have liquid to drink throughout the rest of the hours. this must be back-to-school anxiety. anyways, had a really nice mudcake and hot mocha (which i did not finish unfortunately) for the past two days, i have been feeling kinda down so didnt really have the motivation to do anything productive and now i am mentally beating up myself for wasting the past 48 hours :-( going to finish my last two uni assessments definitely before high school starts again so i will clear it off my plate and can focus on other things. ttyl8r x

Tell me about your BEST New Year’s Eve ever. 2012 new years eve. it was pretty spontaneous cause i only decided a few hours before whether to go or not: met up with a bunch of people from taekwondo after dinner hours and watched the 9PM and then the 12AM fireworks and then walked around in the city with them. afterwards, went to eat pancakes on the rocks and then pooled till like 4AM :-) we did ordinary new years eve things but it was an amazing day because i got pretty close to people i never thought id get close to

attempting fishing
woke up early today to go fishing at edgecliff with my brother & two of his mates. before heading off, we bought some kinda fish to use as bait and towards the end of our fishing session, mak & i were fully slicing any remaining meat inside and just feeling all the guts and gore (actually felt really warm for some reason ...) i had to resort to using the fish's heart as bait to lure other fishes in. only mak caught something but i actually had a really good time casting & reeling in my rod. all 4 of us decided to go again sometime soon :-) just need to prepare a change of clothes cos i accidentally flicked some of the bait's guts onto myself & stunk the whole way home. but danggg, those 3 were so inappropriate ;-)

had a good day today. did some things in the morning & then my close family friend, jennifer, came over in the afternoon to bake lemon cheesecake together. then we made sandwiches together ha ;-) mom bought me a new sandwich griller two or so weeks ago so made one for jennifer & she was really sweet about how delicious my sandwiches were ohhhh yeahhhh.
at night, had korean bbq dinner buffet with jennifer and her brother. urgh ... those two kept hogging the bbq thing - no wonder i barely got any meat within me. not really in the mood to do anything tonight cept maybe game a lil bit with my brother & then head off to bed. goodnight in advance x

they finally arrived! much earlier than expected. my mattress is being delivered on wednesday & then i just have to wait on the reversible comforter i ordered. ahh, im so excited to go to bed now ;-)
